FAQs

Q: Are you trained and certified and can you provide this documentation upon request?

A: I am fully trained and certified and am able to provide documentation should you want it.

Q: What types of care services do you offer?

A: Domiciliary, personal care, pallative, companionship, cooking, cleaning, medication.

Q: What is the process for creating a customised care plan?

A:  The free consultation allows me to sit down with you and determine a personalised plan that works for you.

Q: How often do you require payment and how is this handled?

A: Payment is made weekly through invoice or for PrimeCarers clients, on their platform.

Q: What is your availability and are you flexible? 

A: Please check my avalibility here.   I can also provide other self employed carers as cover.

Q: What are the costs?

A: £25 per hour, £13.50 for 30 mins.

Q: How do you maintain clear communication for continuity of care?

A: I'll create a WhatsApp group for any family member or friend who wants to be involved. Notes will be taken during every visit and posted to the group.

Q: What would you do in an emergency?

A: If it's beyond my care ability I'll phone for an ambulance and wait with the client until it arrives.

Q: How many years of experience do you have?

A: 22 + years.

Q: Do you review and revise care plans to allow for changes in the patient's care?

A: Absolutely! Care plans will be adapted as and when needed, yearly reviews can also be organised should you wish.
